2. What data we process and why

When you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your inquiry, manage business correspondence and, where applicable, take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in handling inquiries and business communication.

Our web server may also process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and technical error or security data. This information is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the operation, security and diagnostics of the website.

3. Recipients of data

Personal data may be processed by service providers supporting our hosting, email and IT infrastructure, only to the extent necessary to provide those services.
